We continuously innovate to enhance operational performance, ensuring our refined products meet the highest industry standards and sustainability goals.

Our state-of-the-art storage facilities, with a capacity exceeding 500,000 cbm, are strategically positioned in key UAE hubs—Fujairah and Hamriyah.  Our storage assets are subleased to local and international companies to support their business operations while also being utilised for our in-house trading activities.

Refining and Processing

Blue Ocean Energy acquired the mothballed Abu Dhabi Refinery at Umm Al Nar/Sas Al Nakhl from ADNOC in July 2023 and is currently engaged in a major relocation project. The  BOE-ADNOC contract, which followed a stringent selection and due diligence process, will see the dismantling of the refinery structure, also safe and environmentally friendly demolition of storage tanks, buildings, foundations and buried lines.
